Easy relaxed outfits

The sales are still going on in the shops and also in amongst what has seemed like a jumble sale for a while, there are some new high summer holiday items and annoyingly already some Autumn pieces. I have no interest in talking 'autumn/winter' or looking at velvet and tweed until I've at least packed for my Summer holiday, I haven't drunk nearly enough rose yet so summer is in full swing...

I'm off to Ibiza on Sunday and even though we have our own villa and I can pretty much spend the whole week in a bikini, it's still nice to make a bit of an effort in the evening for dinners out but it has to be easy outfits. I don't want anything too structured and nothing tailored is the general rule, 'relaxed glam' and definitely no heels except a raffia wedge.

The best things to pack this year for Summer 2017 have to be an off shoulder top and statement earrings - I've talked about it before in my 'Summer outfits blog' but it's worth mentioning this again! A bardot top paired with statement, glittery glam earrings, even worn with cut off denim shorts and flats gives you an easy glamorous evening ensemble with minimal effort. The other top summer item this year has to be loose patterned trousers, without a doubt Whistles has the best selection at the moment and lots of them are now in the sale.
